Beer

Tap ${12 oz, 20 oz}

Fort Collins IPA {4,6}, Fort Collins, CO
IBU: 80 6.3% ABV
An IPA by definition is liberally hopped and higher in alcohol. The FCB made their Rocky Mountain IPA by dry hopping for an intense floral aroma and adding a generous helping of malt to create a backbone stable enough to support the characteristic bitterness of the beer.

Fort Collins Red Banshee {4, 6}, Fort Collins, CO
IBU: 33 5.4% ABV
2011 marked the return of a Fort Collins legend. The longtime favorite of FCB’s grandparent brewery has been undercover as Retro Red for the last four years making the change less of a rebrand and more of a reveal. Retro Red enthusiasts need not fear as the recipe will remain the same tempting combination of crystal and wheat malts for and impeccable soft caramel flavor punctuated by the piquantly spicy character of Williamette and Tettnang hops.

Moerlein Lager Helles{3, 5} Cincinatti, OH
IBU: 19 5.2% ABV
A Superior Golden Helles Lager: a Golden Helles selected from the original Lager House. Today, Moerlein Lager House is brewed to the same standards that declared Moelrein the 1st American Brew to certifiably pass the Reinheitsgebot Purity Law. This Munchner-styled Helles is a remarkably balance lager featuring a lightly toasted, yet defined malt character, and a touch of hops for a clean finish.

French Broad Kölsch {4, 6}, Asheville, NC IBU: 32.3 5.3% ABV
Gateway Kölsch — while known for their lagers, German brewers also produce terrific ales. French Broad’s Kölsch is faithful to the great German ales found in Köln. Golden in color, with a refreshing crispness, pleasantly sweet malt finish, and distinctive German hopping.

Bitburger{4,6} Bitburg, Germany
4.8% ABV
The classic Bitburger - a mature and most agreeable beer - is brewed with the best of ingredients in the same traditional way it has been for many years. The result is delicately tart and pleasantly bitter - with a mild hop taste.

Highland Oatmeal Porter {4, 6}, Asheville, NC
IBU: 35 5.9% ABV
A unique Highland creation, this robust beer is black in color, very malty with hints of chocolate-roasted flavor and a well balanced hop character.

Chattanooga Brewing Co Imp. Pilsner {4, 6}, Chattanooga, TN
IBU: 30 5.5% ABV
A heartier version of the crisp, clean, refreshing, light bodied German style pilsner, and their flagship brew. This beer is an homage to the original Chattanooga Brewing Co. when they served this beer in the 1800’s.

Craggie Toubab Brewe {4,6}, Ashville, NC
IBU: 32 4.2% ABV
A Bavarian‐Style Zwickel Beer. Organic Munich and Pilsen malts are bittered in the Organic Hallertau Tradition. This unfiltered Bavarian lager is crisp and malty with a slight hoppy flavor.

Spaten Munich Dunkel {3,5} Munich, Germany
5.5% ABV
Spaten Dunkel is a Dunkel (dark) Lager brewed by Spaten-Franziskaner-Bräu (Spaten Brewery) in Munich, Germany. It is a traditional Munich Dunkel, and boasts an ABV of 5.5%. Smooth and delicious, the malt is toasty and the lager strain is clean and soft on the palate. The aroma has minor hints of sulfur and the malts utilized give off a mellowed grape or prune nose and taste. With a clear, dark brown body, the crisp lager characteristics are present throughout each sip. The hops are muted to say the least. If there is any indication of them, they would probably be found in the earthy aftertaste

Craggie Dubbelicious {6}, Asheville, NC
6.5% ABV
Barley, Rye, Wheat and Oat malts are brewed with Belgian candy sugar and then fermented with a Regional yeast strain. This “sweet tart” dubbel is copper in color with warm herbal undertones.

Yazoo Gerst Amber {3, 5}, Nashville, TN
IBU: 11 4.5% ABV
This local ale carries a clear, deep amber hue, with the initial taste of muted floral, caramel, and malty notes. The finish is clean, maltier in the end than hops-driven, as you would expect from most traditional German ales.

Sprecher Rootbeer {3, 4}, Glendale, WI
This truly old fashioned soda has the rich, creamy flavor that only comes from using pure Wisconsin honey direct from the combs. The extracts are prepared at the brewery in a hand-made, gas-fired brew kettle, by combining honey, pure vanilla and a host of aromatic botanicals. The dark, honeyed brew will build a delicious, frothy head when properly poured into a frosted mug.
